Calley Bliss
Calley helps people shake things up so they can experience joy in their bodies and lives! She teaches movement through yoga, rooted in the teachings of the Buddhist practice of Vipassana. As we learn to release expectations for our bodies and focus on *progress, we are rewarded with feelings of *freedom and resonant *joy. When this practice is supplemented with the tools of mindfulness, artistry, and meaningful dialogue we can take these lessons out of our body, and into the way we move through our lives.
